How to Participate if You are a Business Owner or Manager

Businesses, and business owners and leaders play an integral role in the success of the Jefferson County Business Education Alliance - JCBEA.

There are many ways to get involved:

• Volunteer to teach one of JCBEA's Career Readiness sessions in the schools. You get back as much as you give - it's very rewarding!

• Become a Priority Hiring business. Give students who have graduated from JCBEA's Career Readiness program the first shot at interviews or being hired at your business. You'll be glad you did!

• Sponsor the work of JCBEA. While all of our sessions in the schools are taught by business professionals who volunteer, JCBEA nonetheless has expenses for materials, administrative expenses, the office, and a professional to coordinate programs for the County's student population and our outreach activities. Become a sponsor and up your company's profile while helping a worthwhile program that will affect our economy, and everyone's bottom line.
